01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Excellorix Digital Marketing (“Excellorix”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the services of Excellorix.
02Modification of Terms
Excellorix reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the services after any changes or modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
03Services
Excellorix provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, content marketing, and website design and development. Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
04Payment
Payment for Excellorix services is due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension or termination of services.
05Termination
Excellorix reserves the right to terminate your access to the services at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms.
06Disclaimer of Warranties
The services of Excellorix are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
07Limitation of Liability
Excellorix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
08Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Excellorix is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
