Website Design and Development, SEO, PPC, Graphic Design, and Software Development Services: Refunds are available if the services provided fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the initial contract or proposal.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the completion of the project or service.
To request a refund, customers must provide a detailed explanation of the issue via email to contact@excellorix.com along with any relevant documentation or evidence.
Delivery Policy:
Excellorix primarily provides digital services, and therefore goods are not physically shipped. Website design and development, SEO, PPC, graphic design, and software development services are delivered electronically or through remote access. The timeline for delivery varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project, as agreed upon between Excellorix and the client.
Return Policy:
As our services are primarily digital, physical returns are not applicable. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy outlined above.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel subscriptions or reservations under the following conditions:
Subscription Services: Customers can cancel recurring subscription services at any time by providing written notice to Excellorix at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Reservations for Projects or Services: Customers may cancel project reservations by providing written notice to Excellorix at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Any deposits or prepayments made will be subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
